Your entered shifts, breaks, rates and time cards are processed in this browser. Mallow Hours does not upload those fields to an application server.
Local processing and explicit saving
The calculator works in the current tab. Only pressing Save stores a card in this origin’s IndexedDB. A saved card contains its name, dates, shift times, unpaid breaks, adjustments and reasons, optional pay settings, a local identifier and a revision number. There is no automatic account sync.
Backups, downloads and printing
CSV and JSON files are generated locally. Imported backups are read and validated in the browser. Print uses your browser and chosen printer or PDF destination; the operating system or service you choose has its own handling of that output. Avoid adding confidential names or notes when they are unnecessary.
Deleting your data
Delete a saved card or use Delete all local Hours data in Saved cards & backups. Deletion affects this site’s stored cards, not files you already downloaded or copies in other browsers. Browser cleanup, private browsing and device loss may also remove records. Keep an exported backup if you need one.
Hosting and third-party links
Serving the website necessarily involves network requests and hosting security logs that may include IP address, browser information, requested resource and request time. Input fields are not placed in page URLs, cookies or analytics events. Fonts are served with the app. Following an external link opens a separately operated site; it does not automatically transfer your card.
Advertising
This release does not load an advertising runtime in the calculator. Future advertising or consent changes will be reflected here before activation. We do not send saved cards, hours, rates or adjustment notes as advertising parameters.
